I have applied for capis note where they have mentioned ´FILE BF DATE : FRQ 22-02-2009.
Any one know about this.

I believe (but could be wrong, could someone correct me on this?) that means your file will be brought from the storage for a visa officer to look at, in your case on or about 22nd Feb 2009.

Thanks a lot for information, CAIPS report containing, all the column of information related to background check, PAPER SCREENING DECISION and etc as ´0´. The file BF´D date means that file is not opened yet and will opened on 22-02-2009 and processing of file will start then after.
I would like to inform that I applied on 20-10-2005 and my AOR dt is - 20-11-2005.
