Subject: Mr Denis/Friends @ forum - Needs urgent directions
  Dear all,

I received a letter from Canadian consulate, New York for approving my PR immigration application and interview waiver on February 18, 2004. They asked to submit following documents as soon as possible but NOT MENTIONED THE TIME FRAME:

1) To fill and send "Permenent Resident Visa Authorization" form (Did not mention wether OR NOT should send the original passports!)
2) Birth certificate of my new born
3) Photocopies of the passports
4) Original police certificates from the FBI, USA for me and my husband

Now, I need some directions and interpretation regarding the documents asked to submit.
1) They have not clearly mentioned to send the passports for our visa -
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
2) "Original police certificates from the FBI, USA for me and my husband" - Now, what does that mean? I´ve already recd the criminal check report from FBI -
DO I NEED POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE SEPERATELY FROM FINGERPRINITING REPORT? OR FBI REPORT IS TECHNICALLY KNOWN AS POLICE REPORT?

Besides those, there are some general querries:
1) Should I mail documents as and when they are available, or should be sent in a single docket?
2) Should I write them about the situation, like I am waiting for some documents and that is the only reason of delay in mailing?
3) Should I send the PR fees immediately, or should I wait to mail them along with other documents? Would it affect adversedly if I don´t send it now?

I would really appriciate prompt reciprocation.

Thanks in anticipation,

Sanrup
