| Subject: Adaptablity point using Family in Canada |

Hi,
My brother hold Canada PR card since Dec 2004. Currently he is staying in USA. He landed only once in Canada for couple of days.I am planning to apply for Canada Immigration using Skilled worker Category. Can I eligible to get 5 point as my brother is holding PR?
I am confused because he is not currently living in Canada and also not intending to go there in future. His PR is expiring in 2009 Dec.

sorry sam70... he needs to be residing in Canada (and you would be required to prove it) inorder to claim your 5 points.
