Subject: Roy , Sharon please help

I did my medical yesterday ,at the time of medical examination, in the medical form IMM1017 sent by CIC there is a field named "Category of Applicant" I have filled "Skilled worker" in my form and have left that filed blank for my family as they are dependendents. I asked the DMP?s assistant but they said its all fine. Do you think its allright or it should be something else ?
