| Subject: anxious about my application, all requiremnts done |
Did medicals and paid RPRF in July´04 (no interview required)and submitted the last doc required PCC)in the 3rd week of Nov´04. Till now, eclient shows "in process". What can I assume about my medicals, what´s next for me?

Where did u apply? If Buffalo, then it means either they haven´t received results of ur medical report from their back office or they r doing background check. Some of the CIC workers in Canadian back office r on strike, that could be one reason for delay.
Mine is the same case. Hope to hear something before end of Jan 2005.

there is nobody on STRIKE. 3 -4 days in October... that´s it. It´s slow, because it is slow. You say strike around this forum and everyone freaks right out.

i know that they striked for one week in october and now they r back to their bizness
plz someone inform us if they r still in strike.

Sorry of the lack of info in my earlier post. I applied here in Manila in 01/2001. After my medical in 07/2004, i haven´t heard anything from the embassy anymore. Also, done with all the requirements (as of 11/04), but haven´t got any feedback from them. I am now wondering..... and becoming more impatient.

We applied for PR in skilled independent category on June 02 at RPC Buffalo. Medical and waiver of interview decision was made in Aug 03. Since then we have just been waiting for the application to move forwrd and a final decision. Seems to be in a limbo...
Infact, I have been waiting for the PR status to be granted before starting an MBA at Univ. of Toronto for which I have already got an admission. It?s such a downer.
Are there other people in similar situation.. would like to hear their experience.

AOR: Dec 2003
Request for Medicals and Docs (PC + ROLF + W2): June 2004
Submitted All: July 2004
Current Status: Waiting to hear from CIC - Buffalo

we have the same timeline since june 2004, but i have to submit add´l PCCs which i completed only last Nov´04.
