Hi this is ashish from Mumbai, actually the thing is that I had applied for the work visa for Canada in the month of Feb, 2008 from Mumbai VFS with all the relevant documents such as LMO, Contract from employer, Original Passport, Education Certificates and Mark sheets, Work experience Letter from my present employee, Pan Card copy, Ration Card copy, Bank pass book copy, credit card copy and original passport but my application for visa has been rejected by the Canadian high commissioner in Delhi indicating that I don?t have sufficient income and asset in my own country so how come I can visit Canada and If I visit can then what is the reason that I will come back from there so the first Question in my mind is that can I re-apply for the work visa, if yes then what are the document I will have to produce to satisfy Canadian high commissioner?
Awaiting for the Favorable Response, as early as possible so the I can reapply the same
Pls do the needful and oblige

The information that you require is all listed in the guide of the work permit application.
Because your from a country that will require a TRV to come and go during your time of employment you have to show sufficient resources to be able to come and go and it appears you did not show sufficient funds.
The contract or offer of employment letter may also have been lacking.
Without knowing your intended occupation and how much the agreement was that you would be paid a clearer answer is not possible.

VFS only fills in the forms! $75.00
These two sets of forms WP & Visitor application are simple and paying someone to advise you whom has no knowledge other then English or French was also a mistake.
I tend to think that this was a situation of a family friend assisting you just to get to Canada, correct?

Hi,
The main point that they consider is the money, when you apply foe VFS, you should show atlest 20 lakhs in your account and then you get visa in 1 week.
To be very direct arrange your money by loan or by any means
and then re-apply your visa, you will get it in 1 week without any rejection....
