Dear Actually the thing is that one of my friends wants to apply for the work permit for Canada and he wants to know the following question so if you don?t mind can you pls help him:-
1) When he applied for the work permit his application was rejected because The High commissioner of Canada is asking to show Some Property or Income so what are the ways so that he can show his Income and property even if it his father?s property then also it is ok, but how can he show that to High Commissioner i.e. how the document will be prepare indicating that the house in which he staying is of?? Value.
2)Can he show some gold , becz gold also falls under property or investment ,How can he show that i.e. how the document will be prepare for the same.
3)Can he show his saving account balance if yes then, how much money he will have to show?
Pls help him because he is in desperate need.

seems like CIC is looking for something that would motivate you to go home - like a house/property or a family.
I don´t fully understand why CIC thinks you should have all that but apparently they do.

Hi Ashish,
A property has to be valued by a valuer at your country and that report has to be presented with your application.
It would be the same for the gold. I am not aware about the minimum value to be shown. During the time I migrated it was some 17000.00CD. look at www.cic.gc.ca for info.Also look at www.immigratedoctorcanada.com for lots of info on Canada.
