I am planning to apply gor canada pr as a skilled worker. Recently my brother got canada PR. He is planning to land in september. my question is in form Schedule 3 column 7 can if i put yes what i need to provide as a proof? his visa? or something else

Your question is not clear. Your brother has not still landed in Canada. He confirms his PR only when he lands in Canada on or before the stipulated date. For you both to find lots of info on Canada look at www.immigratedoctorcanada.com
