how do i answer questions such as " list every place at which you have lived in the past 10yrs. My point is, i lived here since birth, thats december 22 1980 up to present. If i´m filing the aplication now, june 2008, how am i going to answer it...
(A) 06/1998 - 06/2008
(B) 06/1998 - present
(C) 12/1982 - 06/2008
(D) 12/1982 - present
