I want to know more about Victoria BC, I have read that it´s an expensive city, rentals are expensive but how about other things like food and grocery, utilities etc , is it same like (eg Toronto)
I have read it´s lots more sunny and nicer than nearest Vancouver
Also, is getting a survival job and then a professional easy, I am into business consulting (non IT)

Victoria is a government and tourist town. If that size of city and location interests you, consider Nanaimo. You can work in the call center for Shaw Cable and earn $16 an hour.
