| Subject: Authorization letter 2 collect PR Visa & Passports |

Hi Guys!
MY passports have been submitted for Visa stamping at CIC London. I am supposed to get it collected on the 3rd of July. Can some please advise me about authorising my brother to collect it on my belhalf as he is travelling to London for work on 2nd. They have asked for an authorisation letter and the receipt of the submission of the passport. Can the authorization be a simple letter from me asking the CIC to hand over the passports to him or are there any other formalities i.e. forms etc that needs to be filled up? Pls advise me in details.
