I´ve just received Receipt for the Rights of Permanent Residency Fee from the CIC for the PR application of my wife. I was just wondering what timeframe I might be looking at now to get her PR Visa now, how long is it (generally) from this point. I have a feeling that we´re reaching the last stretch but I just want to confirm this. She´s already received a phone call type interview a few weeks ago and shortly afterwards we were asked to pay the Rights of Permanent Residency. I´m just hoping it´s going smoothly and to get her in Canada as soon as possible.
Thanks and Regards,
JL

(in reply to: Wife's PR (Sharon/Roy)) Wow, that´s excellent news. Thanks for the reply to my post.
We´ve been in application since about April, so generally I´ve been quite pleased with the speediness of the PR process.
Just another quick question, when we receive notice to get the Visa, will we have to travel to Beijing (we´re in Mongolia) to receive it or can it be done through DHL or similar.
Regards,
JL
