I missed this until this morning but LOL for the last ten minutes

1- Winter
2- Road construction
3- Almost winter
4- Winter

#2 Road construction

My brand new car has four stone chips in the windshield. They have removed the top layer of asphalt off sections of the 401 for my drive to the office. They removed the top layer so they can re-pave the highway to get rid of the pot holes that had been damaging the car.

Never drive in the rain or the snow in Toronto area it is just not safe.

Today in Toronto the resident evil town we will have a gorgeous sunny hot day to celebrate Canada Day. I wonder if it is raining in B.C.?

TY for the laugh Bill.

noooooo it is not raining. :) 4th day of brilliant sunshine. it was 35 yesterday and nobody has air conditioning. My place in Richmond is not overly uncomfortable, I tend to get ocean breeze and last night cooled off nicely to sleep.

Heading off later today to the Steveston Salmon festival for a little Canada Day festivities.

I was talking to North Africa ... it is 47. No thank you.

Your quite welcome Roy.

I was talking to my wife who is in Kelowna right now and it seems that they are going to be under water for the next day or so. It is going to rain hard there.

I am in Fort Mc for the rest of the week and here has been just wonderful, sunny and warm.

Sorry about your windshield Roy, I have been there before. I remember taking a brand spankin´ new truck out of the dealership and I got a huge chip right in the middle of my windshield on my way home. Gosh......!

Ok amigos, I am going to look for the Ogopogo this weekend along with some fishing.

Cheers

Bill

how´s this for stupidity. We have had hot and dry weather since the middle of last week. I am now wishing it would rain just for a day so I don´t have to water the garden. I miss the moisture in the air.

Hmmmm, perhaps I should check if I am developing webbed feet.

Sharon,

Be careful what you wish for.......
I don´t want to hear in a few months "I wish it was summer" LOL

I love the summer, but I hate the fact that we are getting closer and closer to the cold season. I am not going to say the "S" word. It is too early to even start thinking about it.

Enjoy those dry and hot days. If you don´t have central air get one of those portable A/C that you can buy at Rona they are awesome!!!. Easy to install and very affortable.

Cheers!!!
bottoms up!
