Hi,
I need this advise for my friend who is very much upset now a days. The case is as follow:
My friend got his PR and went to Australia with his wife and two children in april 2006. But his luck was not on his side and he came back to Pakistan after spending 8 months in Canada.
But he never informed the immigriation department.
After coming to Pakistan he God blessed them a child in 2007 he never infomed this change in situation to Canada. Now his main worry is what would be his situation if he now try to enter again Canada.?
Any help is much appreciated.

if he entered canada as a PR before having another child then its not such a big issue as he can sponsor the child if he takes up residence in canada again. but needs to fulfil the residency criteria - be aware his been out of canada for just over 2 yrs so theres not very much time left to fulfil the 2 out of 5 yr residency rule.
