I got my IA on Dec 2004 and interview needed in nyc, one week ago i ordered CAIPS .my questions is if i add some more documents as caips said,where should i send,NYC or Bufflo? I appreciate your help.thanks.

If you file is in Buffalo then you should send to Buffalo. But before you mail anything you should contact them to get correct address.
