| Subject: query regarding arrange employment |

i have a comapany to offerme arrange employment but its not big organisation, only 20 people working there, so can i take offer letter from that comapany? Also not sure if i have to fill any form for applying to HRDC..if so then wht form & wht other formalties i have to do..?
i m not sure whether we have to give orignal documents to immigration or just photocies( attested or simple photocopies..not sure??)..reply me soon guys...thanks

You have to get the HRDC approval to get a work permit. Your employer must prove that he or she could not find a suitable Canadaian for the job you are applying for. Or your job must be one of higly skilled one where there is a shortage of human resources in Canada.

but i read at immigration website tht labor opnion is not required for arrange employment..plz confirm me this...
