I Have my Boyfriend living In Usa, He is in Usa on visitor visa.
We r in relation from last 3 to 4 years.
He Came in USA the year of 1998, And his visa got expired in the year of 1999.
And I m Living in Canada for last 10 years and I am Canadian Citizen.
I want to bring my boyfriend in Canada from Usa.
But The problem is His visitor visa is got Expired.
Plus He has misplace his passport. But He does have copy papers of that passport.
What is the best thing I can do for him?
If u have any answer please help me.

Have him obtain a replacement PPT from his Embassy in the States.
Depending on what you mean by relationship you could submit a spousal type sponsorship. See definition of Common Law relationship.

There are three types of Spousal Sponsorship Applications: 1) Overseas Spousal Sponsorship 2)In Land while in Status Spousal Sponsorships 3) Out of Status In Land Spousal Sponsorships. Which Would be the best for my situation. Is there is Fiance Visa available in the Canada?

It might help your cause greatly if you learn to speak English properly. Your expressions suck major time, somewhat like those EIs. And you lived a decade in Canada? Doing what?

no Fiance class. Spousal or Common law (1 year minimum) that´s it.

Thank you Sharon...I am just looking at the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada ? Spouse or Common-law Partner on cic.gc.ca website, and checking out info that I´ll be needed. Can you please just check once for me that I´m ordering the right application http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp and those papers that Only I have to fill It or my spouse.
