Exclusion order and customs

Subject: Exclusion order and customs
I´m a Canadian married to a US citizen who recently received an exclusion order to depart Canada. He has a small blemish to fix before I can sponsor him. No problem, we will get that fixed.
In the meantime, I travel every weekend to the US to visit him and no problems going across, it´s the Canadian immigration side. I apparently am now flagged with instructions to a complete search each time I cross back.

I have no criminal record, nothing. I understand they think I may smuggle him back, but whatever, I can deal with that. Pop my trunk and away I should go. But no, a full search is required. I have not received anything written and didn´t even know I am flagged till they told me. WTH?

This past weekend they even searched through my wallet. Umm, husband is obviously not there.
Any advice as to how to get the harrassment to stop?

I appreciate any answers.

Some can view a "small blemish" as a HUGE PIMPLE!

Now you knowing the full details of the incident told to you by your partner you view it as a small blemish.

Look at the allegation wording itself and understand we all interpret things differently and since it could be drugs others have a magnifying glass in this situation and they see it not as a small blemish but a HUGE PIMPLE so be nice and stop complaining.

If he is worth the trip to visit him he is worth the search each and every time.

Thanks Roy for responding. But no, it´s not drugs or anything really significant. But still condsidered an inadmissability.
He definately is worth it to cross the border.
I am nice at the border, but still get treated as if I´ve done something. I explain my situation each time.

I´m looking into it and do feel I or anyone do not deserve this type of treatment each and everytime. It would be nice if they were at least nice about it. Not the case.
