Subject: Application returned back due to missing N/A in so
  Guys,

I know some of them already had this case, when their app. was returned due to missing N/A. I got mine back saying "No Rep R11 OK" with comments on seperate page with missing N/A on section 12,13,14. My question is do I need to refill the application again or can put N/A with pen on the same application and resend. Also, Permanent Residence form has Immigration stamp on it. I guess the question is do I need to re-do the entire forms or just send the existing (with stamp) but put N/A where missing.

Your response based if you have faced similar problem is much appreciated, I plan to re-send them asap. Please advise..

Thanks

You DO NOT need to fill in the form again put in pen all questions that are not applicable to you and return form ASAP.

Regarding IMM 0008 Application for Permanent Residence, Page 2, regarding "details of family members", if I am single, do I have to put N/A in every single box from NAME down to Color OF EYES for all the three columns, or, N/A at the "Name Box" of each column will do? Thanks.

Just the name boxes? What about the "Additional Family Information Form" I think there are about 5 or 6 spaces for brothers and sisters part, if i only have 2 brothers, do I have to put "NA" at the other rows or should I put "nothing follows" or just leave the other rows blank? Merci.

lets be logical about this. what does it cost you to put N/A on each name box. They will not send it back because you did more than you were required.

The intent is that you have responded positively or negatively to each question. You read it and answered it one way or another. That is all they want.

You are making this too hard.

Although, I agree putting NA with pen in the places I missed, no one has commented on what should I do with the main form IMM 0008 Application for Permanent Residence which has buffalo stamp on the left corner (stamp for receipt date), do I need to refill that form and if I do refill just that form, should I include this old form with buffalo stamp along with it? I tend to think it that way but I need someone´s view on this..

Hi Sharon,
Can you please share your thoughts on this..

Should I be sending the original IMM 0008 Application for Permanent Residence which has Buffalo stamp on it? even though I´ll re-fill a new one.

Thanks
