Subject: Diabetes and Canadian immigration
Hi, I am 33 years of age and recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic. I want to know whether I am eligable to apply for canadian immigration under Federal skilled workers category?

we cannot say - because we do not know for sure. Is your diabetes under control? That will be the biggest factor to a positive medical report.

Yes, it is under control. I am not using medicines, I control it through diet and exercise.

The general rule is a condition needs to be a threat to public health or very costly (over 5000CAD worth of treatment a year) to be a problem.
Well controlled diabetes shouldn´t be.
However none of us can give guarantees , but I don´t think you have anything to worry about
