Subject: Bill C-50 Passed
  Hi Guys,
The house of commons recently passed bill C-50 which reformed the immigration and Refugee Protection Act to process applications by skilled immigrants much more quickly. But it aslo limited an immigrant from sponsoring unskilled and elederly realtives to avoid stress on socail support and health care system.

No more relatives, guys.......

not sure what bill C-50 you read but I sure did not read what you read.

no more relatives? perhaps better to suggest not as many relatives as immigrants would like. There is a distinct difference.

your statement, expressional or not, comes across as fact. In fact, what you are expressing is not true. In fact, all your expressional statement does is freak people out.

not what I consider responsible commentary.

I am not sure if my question is appropriate for this thread but reading the article http://www.thestar.com/comment/article/460151 makes me think about how they impose the new rule for skilled worker assuming they have the list of NOC demands.

Suppose the demand for a certain NOC is in Alberta, does it mean that the applicant with skills under that NOC should automatically land in Alberta? What if he wants to land in other province?

many of us are wondering the same thing so we are truly unsure how they intend to make this all work. we will do our very best to convey info as we learn it.
