So my question is that my cousin brother is in Canada and if he wants to call me there can he call me through Immigration Lawyer? if yes what are the procedure he will have to follow for me

Ashish, if you are not the parent of a Canadian PR or you are over the age of 22, you cannot be sponsored. sorry
