Hi everybody my question is that my cousin brother is in Canada and if he wants to call me there can he call me through the service of Immigration Lawyer in Canada because earlier i had applied for the work visa from India but it has been rejected by high commission of Canada stating that i do not have sufficient income and proof to return back from Canada but now if my brother wants to call be with the assistance of Immigration Lawyer ,so can he do that ?
Pls help me any one as soon as possible
Pls do the needful and oblige

An immigration lawyer can not change your conditions in India. However, Immigration Lawyer can assist you in preparing the application in a better way, plus, he/she can play with words and try to convince the visa officers that you have strong ties and you will go back to the country afterwards. Still, its you who would be struggling to provide all the related proofs. And if you really believe that you are unable to provide such prrofs and can not produce supporting documents then a lawyer or consultant can not do any thing. A lawyer or consultant identfies and explores different ways of convincing visa officers, however producing the realted paper work would always be your responsibility. Please remember some lawyers are crook so be careful in dealing money matters with lawyers.
