| Subject: Temp. Worker Visa - Can my family go back |

Hi there
I am applying for temporary worker visa from India as I have arranged employement. My family will also come with me after I got the visa. Can my family go back to India after staying with me for 1-2 months and then come back for 1-2 months after 8-9 months?

Yes, Provided they get multiple entry visitor visa as they will be temporary residents... they have to have a multiple entry visa to come back in Canada.

Hey Lucky...Thanks for your response.
If I am mentioning my all family members names, which will be accompaning me, in my temporary work visa application then what kind of temp residance visa they will get? Will it be single-entry or multi-entry?

You have to specifically ask for Multiple entry visa otherwise you will be given single entry visa.
and Second thing... even if you ask for multiple entry visa, there is no guarantee that you will get multiple entry visas.
So just be clear to them, and ask for multiple entry visa.

Hey Lucky....i did not find any section in my temp worker visa app form where i can say that give multi-entry visa for my family.
Onother thing...Am I able for multi-entry if i get the worker visa of two years?

You will be asked during the Visa filling process, do you want to apply for multiple entry.. [as u have to pay extra fees for that] and yes, you surely eligible for multiple entry visa.
