HI
I applied for canadian immigration a year ago, I´m a Srilankan, I worked in Qatar & UAE for couple of years, I got the letter from Canadian embassy asking for the police certificate from the Qatar & UAE, I requested for Police certificate a year ago, but no response from Qatar and UAE said they will not give any. If I failed to get police clearance from Qatar , will canadian embassy reject my application ?

Police clearance reports for the previous ten years from wherever you stayed are important. To be sure pl look at www.cic.gc.ca
