My mother had entered Canada under family class on immigration 7 yrs back. She stayed in Canada for about one year. She was not happy with the Canadian Health System(Wait time) and so went back to India. She did not receive her PR card (At that time it was not required). She is 80 years old
Now she wants to visit here. Anybody guide me what should be done to come back to Canada using the orignal immigration visa.???
I would appriciate help

I do not think she has legal status any more.

Her PR status is gone based on what you told.
She can apply for a tourist visa if wishes to come just for visiting.
OR, she can apply for the humanitarian ground to revoke the PR status. You may find the details in the official CIC site. Though based on her age I don´t think that it´ll be an easy case.
