Decision made? What does that mean?

Subject: Decision made? What does that mean?

Hello,

Today I logged on e-client Application Status to see if anything was updated. I was surprised that it was changed to "Decision made" after 9 months of seeing "In Process". So, I clicked on "Decision made" and this is what it shows.

We started processing xxx application on October 10, 2007.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on xxx application. The office will contact xxx concerning this decision.

My question is this a decision made about my spouse´s medical results or the decision of her PR? If it´s about her PR, will I get a letter from them regarding the decision they have made and what will happen after this process?

Also, here is my time line:

We received your application to sponsor xxx on August 1, 2007.

We started processing your application on August 1, 2007.

We returned your application with a letter on August 1, 2007. You may re-apply or resubmit your application when the information requested is provided. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We sent you a letter on September 10, 2007 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing xxx application on October 10, 2007.

Medical results have been received. July 25 2008

A decision has been made on xxx application. The office will contact xxx concerning this decision. July 25 2008

Hi, If the decision would made before Med then it´s bad. I pretty sure you are going to have PPR request. Wish you all the best.

My wife already send her passport, so i guess she will be getting it back within a month or two?

I applied in jan, 2004. till date i do not have any communication from CHC New delhi, India. I found my status has been changed from under process to Decision made. How it is possible without getting updating letter, medical and others. I would be grateful, if any could help me about this matter and advice me for further proceduces to get my case success.

junaid, they will call or mail you a letter with the decision they made. You can try calling them regarding the decision.

no one knows if the decision is positive or negative, you just have to wait.
