| Subject: Applying for a federal skilled workers visa |

I have done the points test and I qualify for the federal skilled workers visa. I would like to get information on how to go about applying, whether i should do it by myself or if I should employ he services of an immigration lawyer. I have been onto a government website and have read about the regular application and the simplified application (which advises will be several years before one´s application is looked at). Please help.

don´t do anything at all until new rules are clarified. in the mean time, see what sort of jobs in Canada might be applicable to your skills.
