| Subject: CIC-London-Waiting period after Medicals |

My medicals were done June 08, 2008 and the results were delivered to CIC-London on June 13, 2008, as per the courier tracking information from the DMP.
Does anybody know from their experience in recent past with CIC-London:
1. How much time it takes for CIC to issue PPR after the medicals.
2. When does the online e-CAS information change. Mine still says ´ under process, even though the Medical reports were delivered to them as early as June 13, 2008.
3. Will any request to them to expedite will help at this time.

1. Mine took 8 months ( For BG check)
2. It never change. I send my passport to London and still e-cas says...in processing ( not even medical received!)Don´t believe the E-CAS!!
3. No.Not until deadline is over.
It wrote on your MED request paper * Allow us 90 days to process your application* SO, what´s the rush??

hi rabbani just want to enquire they called you for interview or not.
Either they consider you case without interview.
i have interview within month time.Please can you guide me .

Hi, Amjad, I did not receive any interview, but some other people here in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, have had their interview at London. The interview is very easy. It is NOT like the interview for a job, in which you will be tested for your knowledge, skills and abilities. The objective of the interview is to check your certificates and satisfy themselves if everything is genuine. Yes, there will be a subject matter ´expert´ from your area of work, for example, if you are a software programmer, then a programmer will be in the interview board to ascertain that you are really a programmer. He will not test you how good a programmer you are. Hope that clarifies and you will be able to prepare accordingly. All the best wishes to you and insha-Allah you will succeed.
