Subject: returned application
  My application was returned as CIC Buffalo wanted evidence (like the I-94 or I-797 ) that I have stayed in the US for 1 year atleast. I am the principal applicant and can furnish these documents as I have stayed in the US for more than 6 years now. Does the same apply to my wife who is on a H-4 and hasn´t been in the US for a year.
