| Subject: How to prove intention to go back after studying?? |

I am planning to apply for a student visa for canada. I have no problem showing that I need the course that I am taking and that I can support myself financially while I am studying in Canada. My problem is I dont have much docs to support that I will comeback after studying, all i can produce is certification that i will be employed with higher position after finishing the course in our country and because of my parents, by the way the only direct relative I have that is outside of our country is my uncle which is in the US i dont know if that helps . I dont have any property under my name but it is in the name of my parents. Any suggestion on how to prove my intention of coming back or are the two reasons enough to show my intent. Thanks for those who will give comments or suggestions.

It all depends on the visa officer, luck is a great factor.
Docs aren´t limited.
Properties by your name is a big deal, If you have any family members in Canada then it will be a negative, bank statements with high balance and regular transactions..
