No AOR letter for spousal sponsorship

Subject: No AOR letter for spousal sponsorship

Hi there,
My sponsorship was approved on 2nd of July and it was sent to Syria on the same day. But since then I received no letter from Embassy. do u beleive that it is normal? Also my Ecas status doesn´t show anything about immigration application.
Do any one has any idea?
