Subject: Wanna Visit US for two days.
Hi ,
I am came to Montreal, Canada for a Business visit with W1 worker VISA. I don´t have any USA VISA.

Is it possible to visit USA (philadelphia) for two days without a proper VISA?

You may enter the US without a visa only if your country of origin is part of the visa waiver program. If your nationality requires a visa to enter the US the answer is no.

No visa no entry.

India is not part of US VISA waiver Program. (in reply to: Wanna Visit US for two days.)
Thanks for the quick turn. I am an Indian. I think, my country is not part of US VISA waiver Program ( http://www.amcits.com/visa_waiver.asp ).

For the Indians; no visa no entry.

If you are really serious to get a visit US visa from Canaad then better to start the process. It is not straight forward process. You have to book an interview on line, and it is kind a luck play to get the opted date/place together.

Keep at least a month ahead.

Most likely not, you probably can apply but they usually do not process the 3rd country cases. They´ll simply tell you to apply in from India. They only process visa applications from the Canadian PRs.

Though in case of emergency you can call them and if they are convinced then you may get it.

Anand,

To my knowledge you need B1 Visa (Non-Immigrant Tourist Visitor) to enter US for which you have to fill DS-156, 157, pick an appointment from VFS/ US Consulate website and be at Visa officer´s mercy to issue you a visitor/ tourist VISA to USA.

If your nationality is India then no matter from which country you are applying from and how you got there, above is the process, There are specific set of supporting documents they will be expecting you to have. They will also expect you to have atleast 3 to 6 months of valid visa left in your Canadain visa.

You may also want to divert yourself to a US Immigration forums.

Hope this helps.
