Subject: My caipsnotes
I have received my caipsnotes file before a few days, and would like to inquire about the preliminary points assessment.
In the caipsnotes.com website it is mentioned that if I have received my AOR then my caipsnotes file will normally have, at minimum, two useful pieces of information:
The bring forward date and the preliminary points assessment (entered by paper screeners at the visa office).
Except the bring forward date, my caipsnotes file has no other useful information, and there is no preliminary points assessment.
I would like to know if any one has faced such position, any information and advice from the expert persons in this regard are most welcome.

My time line is:
- Applied to London office as a skilled worker in November 2003.
- AOR in February 2004.
- Bring forward date: 09/08/2005.

Thank you very much.

I got my notes yesterday - it had 10 for age and zeroes for the rest. The total was put at 72. I think they have sufficient proof in the documents I sent to assess the age, but they need to verify the info before they can assess points for the rest of the categories. Hence the interview.

CAIPS befor initial assessment is a little bit useless coz it will have no information almost.

Thank you very much Romantic Warrior for your reply.

It seems that I ordered my CAIPS before any assessment for my application. I did not receive any initial assessment from CIC as well.
In the caipsnotes.com website it is mentioned that after receiving an AOR the CAIPS file is updated with a preliminary points assessment. These points assessment can be used to verify that the visa office is interpreting the application in the way that I had intended, and this is the main reason for ordering my CAIPS.
Any how, at least I know now that the bring forward date for my file is 09/08/2005.

Thank you very much.
