Marry her and then apply for immigration.

she could also try and come as a student. It takes some doing... but it can be done.

good luck

Marry her and apply for immigration (in reply to: how do i immigrate my girlfriend to canada?)
I totally agree with Lalit, that "Marry her and apply for immigration" If you are in so much love with her and can not live without her, then it is your responsibility to marry her and support her. Some people are trying to go for a common law relationship for immigration and I feel that is a new form of exploitating women, though we are living in 21st century. Nature has made man strong enough and given him responsibility of supporting woman. Woman too, by nature needs support of man. If you are not able to make up your mind to marry her and to support her, you are exploiting your woman. Follow, nature, God, Allah, (whatever you call it), marry her and make up your mind to support her and then apply for immigration. Good luck.

i agree with you completely about marrying her, but its hard for me to support her expecially with todays living expences and that i am only 20 years old.

Confusion. You want her in Canada with you but you can´t look after her when she arrives. once sponsored she will be able to work. If that still is not enough... what do you think should happen? You just created yourself an immpossible situation that has no solution.

you marry her, do an outland application... she can work the day after she arrives in Canada. the 3 years part is how long you are financially on the hook for her.

Similar situation (in reply to: how do i immigrate my girlfriend to canada?)
I´m in the same boat, and I´m quite willing to get married if that´s what works best - but I´m just starting to figure it all out. I was hoping to get her over as a visitor, and we´d get married - but I wonder if we must still live together for a year to qualify as spouses, or if that´s only for the common-law part. Does anyone know - If we get married here, and apply INLAND, is there a waiting period before she can work? I´m finding the cic website doesn´t answer all the details! Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

if you marry, there is no waiting period to apply. BUT do not be tempted to apply as inland. even if she is here as a visitor, make sure she has an address back home and do an outland application. faster and there is opportunity to appeal should something go wrong. Inland is taking forever.
