Hi All
I am from New Delhi, India
I want to apply in skilled category.
I am very new to the whole thing
I have assessed myself and have 76 points on the point system.
My query is I want to apply on my own as I have red a lot about WWICS and other agents and problems faced by people.
Can some one tell me what is the exact process.
I have the application form.
I dont know what is the exact fees and how should I submit that.
Me and my wife are the only applicant I would be the principal applicant.

don´t do anything for the moment. they are changing the rules that will affect your application. new regulations will be coming out this fall. It is not wise to apply at this time.

Can you please give me a brief idea if you know what kind of changes it would be?
I can also arrange employment in canada whenever I want.
Would that help in any way to speed up the process.

Please use the Search option on this forum and search for "Bill C 50" and read the materials that comes up. That should given an idea on what Sharon is referring to.

I am not... but that is what the forum rumours have been. Regardless, applying now simply puts you in CIC limbo and I would think having the new criteria in front of you when you complete your application would be extremely beneficial.
