Subject: Date of the Visa
Is the visa dated according to the date when the medicals are done OR the date when the visa is issued and stamped?

For example-

Medicals done on Aug 08
Passport request Dec 08

The visa will be valid for ONE year starting from the date of the medicals (8/08) or the date of stamping the visa (12/08)? Thanks for the reply.

Visa will be valid for one year from the date of the medicals or the expiry of the passport whichever is earlier.

I have a question...

What happens if a year after medical exams has passed and you have not yet received PPR... Do they ask you to get tested once more or what?

Thanks.

In most cases they ask you to undergo medical examination again. However, some people got their medical validity extended by few months.
