I sent all mu forms to Lima in May 2008 , there seems that they haven?t processed my application yet. I found a mistake in one of the forms I sent (my wife?s). We did not mention 3 months of her life that she was on vacation from age 18 before she went to college, this means that the dates were like this on the form.
Feb 21.2008 (18th birthday)
The oldest activity since reaching the age of 18. May 1988 Radford University.
We should have written Feb 2008 - April 2008 Vacation.
Should I send another form? Since they say I should not leave gaps?
