Dear friends,
I am in Australia on SIR visa now and in short i am receiving PR. I want to migrate to Canada. I had applied for immigration to Canada three years back and the process is yet to complete. I had applied from CHC New Delhi. I would like to know that if i give a request can i change my application to Sydney? Does it only affect my senority or should i have to pay fees again and to appear for IELTS again? Expecting your reply at the earliest.
