Dear All,
Can a person put a specific name on the sin card or it will be as per COPR
For example
Surname A
Given name B C
Can he used only surname A and given name C on the SIN card
wht about Health card i heard you can used name on the card as per your choose.

Just received one (in reply to: SIN card)
It does appear on the SIN card and the officer whom I met, checked the landing paper to ensure that the name match. He also cross checked with my passport. He in fact asked me to review his paperwork just to ensure that he didn´t mistype anything. In your case, mine came up as B C A.
Does it have to be the same? I think so.
