Hellow to everyone,
My name is Abshir Adam, US citizen. I would like to live and work in Calgary, AB. I have four siblings live in Ontario. I was often told, the easiest way to obtain working visa is to find a job of my interest geographical area. My question is, should I apply for working visa wothout having job offer, or obtain the job offer letter first? Also, at what point should I apply for the skilled worker visa? How should I approach this process? I do not know where to start. I have been meaning to do this for the last five year, but hae not found a reliable resource such as this web site. Please advise!!!

you cannot apply for a work visa without a HRDC approved job offer.
Once you are legally admitted to Canada for one year, you can apply for your permanent residency.

I have applied to various positions. some of them came with response that I can not be consiered unless I have legal residance visa or working visa. what should I do? where to I begin to solve this dilemma?
