Never laughed so hard, and long, so out loud from any other posting ever!

So what would be a general answer to a question???????

Well lets ask a question that has been posted here many times.

Quote -- My husband is in Canada and we just got married should I submit the application in his country or from within Canada? -- Unquote

General answer #1 would be, ******* Applying outside of Canada would be faster and you can appeal a negative decision but you could apply from within based on your personal circumstances including what country your husband is from. ****

Mike that is a general response that cost the person TEN DOLLARS.

Mike then another question #2 ----- my husband is from China and he is working in Canada.----

General Answer #2 would be, **** Well if he is working does he have a valid work permit? This could change things and it might be better if he applies in Canada. Does he have an employer specific work permit? ****

Mike then another question #3 ---- My husband is on an open work permit and makes a good wage, what would I need to show to prove my marriage? ----

Thirty dollars and counting.

YET NO ONE HERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE KNOWS WHAT THE HUSBANDS (PERSONAL) CIRCUMSTANCES ARE.

Could be a student, a failed refugee claimant, someone on a holiday visa etc. etc.

Most quality representatives give at least 15 minutes of free consultations for this type of person because (((((they are in Canada))))) and they can go visit any quality representative they want. They can go to several different authorized representatives as well.

So if you want to count your points abroad go to www.cic.gc.ca click on "Immigrate" and follow the links to take the test.

OR THEY CAN POST A QUESTION HERE FOR FREE.

Sharon if I had a penny for every logical response I gave I would have my Yacht today.

STILL LOL

Well if you were without status you would not be required to pay GST.

Giving advice to someone without status makes the adviser GST exempt. That is why I always sign the contract with the person who has no status.

I totally agree with you, ROY. This is how they are going to make money and that is why i was telling sharon that this is a multi million dollars business, this is not just a 10 dollars business. And remeber, the benfit of doing this through internet is that they catering the whole world so they will be able to get a good no. of clients every day. Imagine , how much money is involved in this business.

In any Immigration business if you wish to provide "quality service" you have to have sufficient time to listen to the potential clients problems.

Answering questions or postings that leave a crucial item out is a recipe for disaster. Suggesting that someone takes a (detailed) course of action IN WRITING without all the facts is a sure way to get you disciplined and removed by your regulator. Any advice can get you into serious trouble.

Last night I was at the holding centre dealing with a client who had used the same authorized representative that in my success stories the De Sousa family and Hong Zhang had used.

The representative had told a guy to make a refugee claim against his country Portugal and his wife against Mexico big countries that are a hot bed or persecution. LOL

Then when the wife was sent home that representative told her failed refugee claimant husband that he could fly down to Mexico with his wife and spend a month with her.

THAT REPRESENTATIVE TOLD MY CLIENT THAT HE COULD RETURN TO CANADA FROM MEXICO AND NO ONE WOULD KNOW HE WAS A FAILED REFUGEE CLAIMANT OR THAT HE HAD EVER BEEN IN CANADA!

Cost to client was $18,500.00 from this representative. See when that representatives clients are becoming an issue somehow they get removed. Telling someone bad advice in either scenario is not a good thing Mike.

Maybe a charge of $10.00 per question would have been better solution.
