| Subject: PR filed from US. No response 6 months elapsed |

How long does it take to get AOR for PR application ( skilled worker ) filed at Buffalo,NY office. I reside in the US.
I have filed my application in the first week of march 2008 but yet to receive any response or AOR.
What is the best way to know what is happening to my appication.

They stopped prcoessing applications received after Feb 08 pending the new regulations. However, they still send you AOR. Email Buffalo center and give them the info that help locate your file (full name, DOB and place of birth).
A similar situation to yours was posted on the forum. They replied to him with what i mentioned above.
