i landed in Toronto last month as an Immigrant and i want to go to U.S to meet my sis for 10 days and i want to apply for visit visa so is it possible tat i can get a visa ? is it easy or not ? coz i dont have a job yet but i have $25000 Canadian Dollars in my account so any one who have an experience in this kinda situation ? any one please n thanx for your advice......

If you just landed in Canada and you have no ties to Canada, more likely you will not get a visitor´s visa to enter the United States.
