Hello Everyone,
I have been in Canada since one & half years. I am on work permit. Now I am planning to submit my PR application under Federal Skilled Worker category. I have gone through about all required papers for Buffalo office. I have two questions & would like to hear from you.
1) As per guidance of Buffalo office, I will have to submit public notarized copy of all my educational & work experience (offer letter & releaving letter). The count of these papers would be around 60-70 papers. In Canada to get notarize of all these papers would cost me too much.
Can I get notarized of all my papers from India? Would this be acceptable at Buffalo office?
2) I am working in Software Consultancy industry since last 8 years. I have to give Buffalo office a Written Explanation about my language proficiency. Can any body provide me some sample format of this "Written Explanation"?
I appreciate your efforts to helping the community.
Thanks,
Amit

(in reply to: Submitting PR Application To Buffalo) it´s my business to look at your post and ask how legitimate is Exlnc Inc when its primary salesperson/agent cannot write a sentence in english.
when I google you name I see that you are a recent immigrant yourself. Your posts still show up at immigration expat and a few other placews. No CSIC ID number. So my question is, are you looking to make a quick buck from someone desperate for a chance at a Canadian PR card even if your ability to deliver is highly questionable?
As long as I come to this forum, and as long as I see something that does not look right - I will call it like I see it.

(in reply to: Submitting PR Application To Buffalo) Initially I thought that it was for me. I am really sorry about that. It was a misunderstanding.
