I qualify under federal skilled worker class with 72 points. I have a family of four. Husband is not allowed to enter U.S. for interview that will probably take place in Detroit. Need about $20,000 in bank for proof of funds. Should i apply now or wait until i have all $20,000? I´ve heard that i can apply now but in the box where it asks you how much funds you have, just write in how much and then underneath write that you will have all required funds upon interview or upon landing. What should i do, my family has been apart for 18 months already.

CIC states that they want you to have everything in order on the date of application.
However, I would hold off. All applications since February 08 are on hold pending clarification of new rules.
Get looking for a job offer. (settlement funds are waived)

hi
i sent my application along with all supported documents to CIO office, CANADA, actually i am the only applicant and two unaccompanied members, so total three people members in the application, but for the proof of funds, i just showed CAD 12,000, this is only sufficiant for one member, will this effect on selection of my application?, will i get any chance to submit new proof of funds?, please help me, i am confusing.
