Any consulate?
Correct me if I´m wrong; as far as I know the appoinments are given based on consular districts based on applicant´s residency. Menaing, an applicant of Vancouver can´t get interview in Montreal.
Am I correct?

Since when does the city of Toronto have a Consulate in Canada? Where is the city of Toronto´s consulate located?
Only the really busy foreign countries Consulates in Canada require appointments! LOL
The rules regarding getting appointments to the US consulate in Toronto are posted on the Internet. LIKE anonymous Troll has connections with John McCain or his twin G. W..
No need to apply for an appointment to the Jamaican or St. Vincent consulates, do I need to list all the rest that do not require appointments?

Do you even know what NVARS is ?
if you did, you wouldn´t be raising your moronic questions !
How about you do it for a fee ???
DC- you can take an appointment anywhere, and it does not depend on your residency within Canada. People cannot generally get it in Toronto, and mostly travel to Ottawa or other places if they can manage an appointment there...

I am very worried because I cant find any e mail with a confirmation number telling us that we already paid. please I want to know what happened with my money. I used my credit card and the money was taken today. Could you please give any answers? how can i trust a website that ask for my credit card information and didnīt send any transaction record.
