Hello,
I´m a moroccan citizen, living in switzerland for the moment. I applied in May 2003 for an immigration to Quebec from Morocco. As the process ia taking more than what I thought at the begining. Do you think that it is possible to apply another time from Europe (the process is shorter).
The other question is that my statut has changed since my application as I´ve got new diplomas(should I send a copie of the diplomas to the immigration office or should I wait the interview)

1- If not in hurry, continue with your original application because once you get into a new one, you will state that on it and it will lead to k=join both application at the end. And that may waste more time.
2- Yer, it is better always to keep your original office informed. Just send them the documents and state your file number on it.

Just another question: I´m waiting for the quebec interview to get the CSQ. but after I´ll have to make the medical visit and wait for the visas. How long this step is taking in general?
