| Subject: Can I be sponsored to the States after divorced? |

I married and sponsored my spouse from Vietnam here last year. After almost a year of living together we found out we were so incompatible. Then we filed a divorce this year. Throughout the whole time I was really depressed but there was always this special one who stood by me. I knew I want to be with him. He´s living in US. After divorced, I know I have to fulfill the 3 years term in order to sponsor another person. But what if he wants to sponsor me to the States? Is is LEGAL if I remarry again and let him sponsor me at this time?

if you are legally divorced you are entitled to marry and sponsor you. It won´t change your legal obligations for your first sponsorship.

I don´t know the US rules but I would certainly think it is possible.
