Subject: SHARON WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY CAIPS NOTES & HOW
  Dear sharon
i applied for immigiration in november 2004 as a skilled worker and recieved AOR in december 2004. Please guide me that at what stage i order my CAIPS notes? Actually i want to know at very early stage that how CIC officer has counted my pionts? since i have not taken IELTS i have explained the CIC officer about my english abilities in writting with other documantary evidences.Secondly i want to remove any queries if any at the initial stage so that my process should not get slow due to shortage of any evidence/document etc.

Secondly how can i order my CAIPS notes? i am a pakistani national living in Pakistan (Lahore). If there are any charges for ordering the notes?

i will thank you for your advice. You are really helpfull to many people through this forum.Keep this spirit of help high.

Thank you very much........

I think it is too soon to order CAIPS notes. You have your file number but that does not mean anyone has really assessed your file. I would wait until after the next letter. If they waive the interview - you have no need for CAIPS. If they request an interview - then you want some advanced information as to why so you are prepared to addess those concerns or can provide documents.
Caips notes must be ordered by a canadian citizen that you have given access to your information. If you do not have any family in Canada there is an agency that charges about $30 for this service.
